Order Processing
Once your payment is confirmed, we require 2–5 business days to process, inspect and pack your items before dispatch. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Regions & Delivery Times
We ship internationally to most countries around the world. Delivery times vary based on your destination and selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
- Express Shipping: 4–8 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout according to your delivery address and total order weight.
Track Your Package
After your parcel is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status online at any time.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
