Track Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You may follow your shipment progress and view real-time updates anytime.

How to Track Your Order

1. Find the shipping confirmation email sent to your checkout email address.

2. Copy your unique tracking number inside the email.

3. Open the tracking link and enter your tracking number to view shipment status.

Common Tracking Statuses

• Label Created: Your order has been packed, carrier hasn’t picked up the parcel yet.

• In Transit: Your package is moving through the logistics network.

• Out for Delivery: The parcel is on the way to your address.

• Delivered: Package has been delivered.

Tracking Not Updating?

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to refresh after dispatch. If tracking stays unchanged for a long period or shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact our support team with your order number.
